- The companies we invest in are SMEs with established business models which demonstrate potential for growth, generation of high added value and regional or international expansion.
- We are sector agnostic and participate through equity investment of up to 34% of the target firm’s or 10% of the CIFund’s equity.
- We strive to facilitate the development of the private equity ecosystem in Bulgaria through establishing partnerships and involving in co-investments with other private equity funds.
